If an item is returned for exchange or refund please follow these guidelines:
Goods to be returned in original packaging and unworn to:
6 Dupre Crescent, Wilton Park, Beaconsfield, Bucks, HP9 2RW
Goods must be returned within 5 days of receipt of the item.
Goods should have a short accompanying cover letter detailing the reason for the return.
Any damaged goods received must be highlighted to us within 48 hours of reciept of goods by email or telephone.
Costs involved in returning an item are not refundable except in circumstances where the goods are damaged or faulty or we have made an error.
If you make the wrong choice of size or colour the cost of shipping will be charged to the customer. See guidelines (for the age and sizing of necklaces)

We advise you obtain a certificate for proof of postage from the Post Office when returning items to us. If lost in post you will be responsible for the cost of the replacement.
We will process your exchange the same day wherever possible.
